3. Payment Terms

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF). The accepted payment methods are the specified credit cards, as well as PayPal and bank or postal transfers.

In this case, the customer has the option to cancel their order immediately. 5. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of 12blatt GmbH until the customer has paid for them in full.

In the case of claims, regardless of their legal basis, 12blatt GmbH is only liable for damages caused by gross negligence or intent and that fall within its area of responsibility.

12blatt GmbH is not liable for damages caused by an authorized auxiliary person in the performance of their duties. Liability for indirect damages and consequential damages is excluded to the extent permitted by law. The customer is liable for damages caused by improper use of the delivered goods.

7. Product Colors

We strive to represent the colors of the designs as accurately as possible. Please note that slight color deviations between the images on the website and the originals may occur. These deviations are mostly due to the color settings on monitors and do not constitute a defect.

8. Design Protection

All designs (images) and other publications by designer Fabian Reber or 12blatt GmbH are protected by copyright (design protection). Copying or any other form of reproduction is not permitted.

The contract and the terms and conditions between the customer and 12blatt GmbH are governed by Swiss law. The Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is excluded. The place of jurisdiction is Bern.
