1. Transport, Transfer of Risk to the Customer, Delivery Date and

a) The ordered goods will be transported to the customer by the postal service or a standard courier under their own terms and conditions.  Shipping costs are borne by the customer. The respective rates of the postal service apply for Switzerland and the EU.. The service provided by 12blatt GmbH consists of handing over the goods in appropriate packaging to the postal service or a standard courier.

b) The risk is transferred to the customer as soon as 12blatt GmbH has handed over the goods to the postal service or a standard courier for delivery to the customer.

2. Shipping to Switzerland and Abroad

a) The calendar or other designs of the label will be shipped after receipt of the payment. You will receive your order.

• In Switzerland and Liechtenstein, it is usually delivered within 3-4 working days.
• Abroad, depending on the country, within 5-10 working days. The specified delivery times are not binding. We reserve the right to send deliveries with delays.

b) For international shipping, customs duties, value-added tax, and import taxes may apply. These are to be paid by the recipient upon receiving the delivery.

3. Retention of Title

The delivered goods remain the property of 12blatt GmbH until the customer has paid for them in full.
